Multiple locations
Toilets are one of the largest consumers of water in the hotel. As with every technology, the efficiency in which we use water has increased since basic plumbing was introduced. Sensor flush fixtures assure the system does not run unless a user is in proximity and low flow and dual flush fixtures are available as are waterless urinals. Dual flush/low flow toilets have an average flush rate of 1.2 gallons per flush - that's a big saving over the 13 litres (3.4 gallons) that conventional toilets need.
