Innovative Idea
A green façade features vegetation, typically climbing plants, growing directly on the surface or on specially designed supporting structures. These façades filter air, provide natural cooling and are visually pleasing; they are long established in parts of Europe.
Green facades can dramatically reduce the maximum temperatures of a building by shading walls from the sun. They can reduce the daily temperature fluctuation by as much as 50%.

Love to see the on-going maintenance log on this. Just tinting all the windows at 300 room property will cost 50K. Re-surfacing the roof top will be over 60K. Green Garden on roof top is not an foreign idea in many Asia. Glad to see this happening here and to see the considerations from IHG on this idea.

This is wonderful idea! Insulation for winter, and heat blocker in the summer. These should be on every IHG hotel. :)
